The BTC-22 is for any type of sailor. It handles easily, it’s quick in light wind and is low maintenance – all at an affordable price. This yacht has been specifically designed to get more sailors out on the water for sport, vacation or day trips.
It’s spacious underdeck has 4 berths with a galley unit, a removable dining table. The cruising version (BTC-22) is fitted with a swing keel and the performance version (BTS-22) is fitted with a lifting keel and more sail area. Both versions are compact enough to be trail-able.
The deck plan uses modern trimming systems, making for an efficient sailing experience with maximum enjoyment. BYD are using green resins and cores in this vessel. Approximately 1,400 plastic bottles are being recycled in the manufacturing of each boat.
